Here are a few of the most common questions our customers have asked us in the past, so we thought we’d include them here to provide some answers to the most frequently asked questions.
Not always. If you don’t have an outside tap then not to worry. In most cases we can use our special hose pipe adapter that screws onto most kitchen taps, so long as the tap has a screw off aerator, which is a feature on most modern kitchen taps. Contact us if you are unsure and we will let you know whether your tap is suitable.
On conservatories and UPVC we only use special mild non-abrasive soap, soft sponges and squeegees. We never use harsh chemicals as they can cause discolouration of the plastics and in some instances can damage the photocatalytic coating on self cleaning glass. We also never use pressure washers on conservatories as it can damage the window seals.
